1: Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Gamer X. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at https://gamerxcommunity.com, and participation in any tournaments/matches we host. By accessing this website and registering for our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use this platform if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.
2: User Accounts & Eligibility
- 2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 8 years of age to create an account and participate in our tournaments.
- 2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- 2.3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing a false in-game username or player ID may result in disqualification.
3: Tournament Registration & Payments
- 3.1. Entry Fees: All tournament entry fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is required to secure a slot in any given tournament.
- 3.2. Payment Process: Payments are processed via our listed gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer). An order’s status will be “On Hold” until payment is manually verified by our team. Your registration is only complete when the order status is updated to “Completed”.
- 3.3. Refund Policy: All entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. The only exception is in the event of a full tournament cancellation by us, in which case all entry fees will be refunded in full.
4: Conduct & Fair Play
- 4.1. Official Rules: All participants must adhere to the rules outlined on our “Rules and Regulations” page, which are considered a part of these Terms.
- 4.2. Disqualification: We reserve the sole right to disqualify any player or team for any violation of the rules or this agreement, without a refund.
- 4.3. Cheating: We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. Any player found using hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage will be permanently banned from the platform and will forfeit all potential prizes.
5: Prize Distribution
- 5.1. Verification: All match results are subject to verification by our admin team before being declared official.
- 5.2. Payout Process: Prizes are paid out to verified winners within 48-72 hours after the official results are announced. Winners will be contacted via their registered email address to coordinate the prize transfer.
6: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamer X shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. We are not responsible for individual player internet connectivity issues or device failures.
7: Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms.
8: Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
9: Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
