1: Our Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding returns and refunds for all services purchased on Gamer X (https://gamerxcommunity.com/). Our services primarily consist of non-refundable digital entry slots for online gaming tournaments. We ask that you read this policy carefully before completing any registration.

2: Non-Refundable Tournament Entries

Due to the nature of our services, where a registration immediately reserves a limited slot in a tournament bracket that can no longer be sold to other players, all tournament entry fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is verified and a player’s or team’s registration is confirmed (Order status is “Completed”), we cannot provide a refund.

3: Exceptions for Refunds

We believe in fairness and transparency. Therefore, a full refund of an entry fee will be issued only under the following specific circumstances:

  • 3.1. Tournament Cancellation by Us: If Gamer X cancels a tournament in its entirety due to technical reasons or an insufficient number of participants, all registered players for that specific event will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
  • 3.2. Verified Payment Errors: In the event of a proven duplicate payment for the same entry or a documented technical billing error from our payment processing system, a full refund for the erroneous charge will be issued.

4: Scenarios Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

To avoid any misunderstanding, refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Player dissatisfaction with tournament results or admin decisions.
  • Player’s failure to check in during the mandatory check-in window.
  • Player’s inability to join the match for any personal reason.
  • Player’s individual technical issues, including but not limited to, internet connection problems, device failure, or game-related bugs.
  • Disqualification from a tournament due to a violation of our “Rules and Regulations” or “Terms and Conditions” (including cheating).

5: Refund Request Process

If your situation falls under one of the valid exceptions listed in Section 3, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page within 72 hours of the incident. Please include your Order ID, your registered username, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will investigate the claim and process any applicable refunds within 5-7 business days.
