1. General Code of Conduct

1.1. Sportsmanship: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, toxicity, discrimination, or abusive language towards other players or staff will not be tolerated.
1.2. Admin Respect: All instructions from tournament admins and moderators must be followed. Disrespecting or arguing with an admin’s decision is grounds for immediate disqualification.
1.3. Player Identity: Your in-game username must not be offensive or inappropriate. Player and team names must remain consistent throughout the tournament.

2. Registration & Check-in Process

2.1. Registration: A team’s or player’s spot is only confirmed after full payment has been received and their order status is marked as “Completed” on our website.
2.2. Check-in (Mandatory): All players/teams must check-in during the designated check-in window, which opens 30 minutes before the scheduled match time and closes 5 minutes before. Failure to check in will result in forfeiture of your slot without a refund.
2.3. Match Communication: All official match communication, including the sharing of Room ID and Passwords, will occur exclusively in the private, participant-only channels.

3. In-Game Rules

3.1. Cheating: We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of:
-> Third-party software (hacks, scripts).
-> Game file modifications.
-> Exploits or glitch abuse.
-> Any form of aimbots, wallhacks, or unfair advantages.
Note: Punishment for cheating is a permanent ban from all future events and forfeiture of all prizes.
3.2. Emulators: Emulators are allowed if there is no prohibition in the “Match Description”. When prohibited, the use of emulators, controllers, or any non-mobile device to play is strictly prohibited and will be treated as cheating.
3.3. Teaming: In Solo events, intentionally teaming up with another player is forbidden and will result in disqualification for all involved parties.
3.4. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for individual player disconnections or technical issues (e.g., device problems, internet lag). Matches will not be paused or restarted for such issues.

4. Results & Prize Distribution

4.1. Result Verification: After each match, screenshots of the final standings are taken. Admins will verify the results for accuracy and fair play. Official results will be posted on the event page and in the Hall of Fame.
4.2. Prize Payout: Winning players/teams will be contacted by an admin via their registered email or Whatsapp within 24-48 hours after results are finalized to arrange the prize payout. Please do not spam admins about prize claims.

This may include:

  • Verbal Warning

  • Forfeiture of a single match
  • Disqualification from the entire tournament (without refund)
